Pixel Legends ("we", "us") operates pixel-legends.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we don't sell your data, and all purchases happen on eBay under eBay's own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
- Newsletter email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you provide. We use it only to send you our newsletter (new arrivals, blog posts, and collector tips). We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
- Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or account passwords on this website — we have no user accounts and no checkout.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings — the site works fine without them. This website stores one setting locally in your browser (your reader-mode preference on the blog); it never leaves your device.
Purchases Happen on eBay
All our sales are processed through our eBay store. When you click a product or category link, you leave this site and eBay's privacy policy applies to your browsing and purchases there. We receive order information from eBay (name, shipping address) solely to fulfill your order.
How Long We Keep Information
Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your Choices and Rights
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
- Request deletion of your email address from our list by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights to access or delete personal information. Contact us and we'll honor those requests.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
